Here you will find answers to most F.A.Q.
Payment is due at the time of purchase, if you pay by e-check, the order will be held until e-check clears, then shipped the following post office day.
All other methods of payment (check or money order) must be received & cleared before shipment.
Shipping SHIPPING ADDRESS
All items are made to order & shipped out in 1-4 Business days after payment has cleared. Please make sure your paypal address is correct and "safe" to receive items.
TRACKING / CONFIRMATION
Delivery Confirmation is added to every U.S. Shipment. If you don't receive your products within 2 weeks of cleared payment, please contact me at info@adorn512.com for tracking number.
► STANDARD INTERNATIONAL orders do not come with tracking or insurance so unless you have requested to upgrade, International orders are *NOT* guaranteed. (Express Shipping recommended for larger Intl. orders)
► SHIPPING ETA
U.S. shipping can take anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks. International shipping may take 1-4 weeks, depending on customs delays. Once shipped it is no longer in my hands so shipping times will vary.
►PRIORITY U.S. SHIPPING
Need it within 3-5 business days? If you are in the U.S. and want to upgrade to Priority, please let me know which item you will order *before* purchasing so that I can adjust the listing. ($6 standard 1st item)
PRIORITY & EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
► PRIORITY INTL. takes 6-10 business days and can cost around $15-$17 depending on location. It does not come with a guarantee, but may be better than Standard.
► EXPRESS INTL. shipping is the only way to guarantee & insure your package & it runs $25-27. I highly recommend it for orders of 4 items or more.
Please contact me beforehand with your location if you need to upgrade.
Refunds and Exchanges► EXCHANGES / REFUNDS
Custom chain lengths, custom requests & Wholesale orders are considered Final Sale. For all other items, exchanges or store credits are possible, minus the S&H cost of the original order. Buyer is responsible for shipping back good-as-new condition returns and I will ship their exchange item within 2 post office days of receipt. Depending on the number of items addtl. S&H may be included. Sorry, I don't normally give refunds unless there was a mistake on my part, or case by case. Please contact me and we will work it out.
MEASUREMENTS / CHAIN LENGTHS
Most measurements are listed,please check before purchasing. Photos are enlarged to show detail. Also check your chain length, standard lengths may be shorter or longer than your personal preference.

Your satisfaction is important to me. If you are not happy with your order for ANY reason please let me know first and we will work it out.
► GIFT WRAP / PACKAGING
Jewelry is wrapped neatly in a small box or jewelry pouch and bubble mailer. Simply add a note and it's ready for gift-giving. If you'd like me to add a note or would like them individually wrapped, please let me know in "Instructions to Merchant".
CUSTOM/SPECIAL REQUESTS
Custom orders & switching of chain types are possible. Please see listing details and email me at info@adorn512.com for any questions. Most chain lengths can be customized as stated in each listing, simply leave me a note at Checkout... they are considered "Custom Requests".(see exchanges section above)
►► JEWELRY CARE TIPS
ALL JEWELRY should be taken off before showering/swimming/exercising, and kept clean & dry in a closed storage when not in use. Jewelry needs to be properly cleaned just like the clothes we wear.
STERLING + GOLD FILLED:
To clean Sterling Silver rub with baking soda + water paste, or toothpaste & water or jewelry cleaner. For Gold-fill use dishwash liquid & water or jewelry cleaner. Be careful not to tangle chain. Sterling silver and gold-FILLED components can last years of regular wear.
RAW BRASS:
Raw Brass brightens up quickly if you rub with lemon + water then rinse. Soft nail buffer also works. (I keep a lemon water spray bottle handy). All raw brass, like Silver will patina if not cleaned. (depending on the air & body chemistry) It is not irreversibly tarnished, just oxidized.
GOLD + SILVER PLATE:
Do not scrub Gold or Silver-PLATED components. To prolong PLATED components wash gently with dishwash liquid and water, take off before shower/swimming/exercising, and store dry in a closed container. Lasts longer if cared for.
VINTAGE COMPONENTS:
I carry mostly brass vintage components, you can clean just like raw brass but more gently. They need a little more TLC, but they do make for charming pieces.
